MT4 licensed accounts are unable to change or replace, if users wants to change it so they will have to buy another license for their new account. In case, if licensed Real trading account is disabled by Forex brokers so users / buyers can get a different license for his/her trading account after proving that existing account is properly disabled and not in use right now. This treatment is applicable on Real / Live accounts only not for demo accounts.
